Dorado Select was founded on generations of coffee knowledge.
Our roots trace back to the mountains of Bella Vista, Chiapas, Mexico, where the Cifuentes family has been involved in coffee growing and exporting for generations. Growing up immersed in every aspect of the specialty coffee industry—from cultivation and processing to exporting and working directly with world-class roasters—our founder developed an understanding of coffee that few people ever experience.

Micro lots are produced in small quantities, often representing the very best harvest from a single producer or farm. Once a harvest is gone, it may never be available again.
